Nominate yourself or a friend to be our FitStar of the month! To qualify you need to fill out a Fitstar Nominee Form detailing a little bit about you. From there you will need to submitt the application to coachtscelebz@gmail.com before the 25th of each month. Please submit a picture of yourself with the application. On selective month the FitStar may be asked to be featured on the cover of the magazine, featured in ads, and/or the Workout Challenge. For voting purposes your photo and a few facts from your application will be shared on our Facebook page, and whichever nominee gets the most votes by the 25th of each month at 11:59 pm EST (on the original photo located on the CELBrationZ Fitness Page) will be our FitStar for next month!
